To use this little F4PortTest.exe software :

-be sure BMS is not running
-you need to be at least two users
-the two users launch F4PortTest.exe
-exchange your IP and enter it in the label "To IP"
-push to "Send"

If you can receive the message (*message*) from the other user => all is alright on your own side to use the port needed by BMS
